RATE: price quoted is for five (5) 55-minute sessions.
NO-SHOW POLICY: customers logging in to the session should plan to arrive on time, and if late, no later than 10 minutes after the start of their appointment. Customers who log more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their session and no refund will be provided.
SCHEDULING: when your purchase has been completed, check your email for your receipt. PLEASE NOTE: There will be no refunds issued for sessions missed due to the incorrect entering of information (i.e. email address), not checking email for receipts which causes the customer not to receive call details, and for NO-SHOWS. It is important to double-check the information entered for accuracy.
RESCHEDULING: one reschedule is allowed for any scheduled session. The need to reschedule your session more than once will be evaluated on a case by case basis and will only be considered for extenuating circumstances. No guarantee for a reschedule will be made for more than one reschedule on any scheduled session.
YOU MUST COMPLETE THESE STEPS FOR SCHEDULING: (these details will be included with your confirmation email after purchase)
Upon completion of your purchase, the following steps must be completed:
(1) Forward your payment receipt to admin@zebthe3rd.com (copy info@zebthe3rd.com) with the subject line Dr. ZEB PACKAGE SCHEDULING LINKS REQUEST. (Note: This is critical to ensure we are able to see your order and distribute scheduling links according to the right order.)
(2) Include in the message the name(s) of the client(s) who will complete the sessions. Upon receipt, the appropriate amount of temporary scheduling links will be provided to you so that you can schedule your sessions. The availability reflected through the links provided are current and represent Dr. Zeb's best availability. Given the demand on scheduling, it is strongly advised that you schedule your sessions as soon as you receive your links. Please note: if there are special scheduling requests (Saturday, Sunday, very late evening > 9 pm EST, or early morning < 8:30 am EST), a surcharge may be invoiced to you for the adjustments needed to accommodate your request.
