Package sessions are scheduled by the client to offer convenience to the client. There are no refunds on package selections, and similar to regularly scheduled sessions, one reschedule is allowed for extenuating circumstances. The same no-show and tardy grace-period (10 minutes after start of session) is in effect for packages as well. All sales are final, with no refunds being made available for any requested appointment cancelations. Please see 'Schedule and Rates' for no-show policy.

RATE: price quoted is for three (3) 55-minute sessions.

NO-SHOW POLICY: customers logging in to the session should plan to arrive on time, and if late, no later than 10 minutes after the start of their appointment. Customers who log more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their session and no refund will be provided.

SCHEDULING: when your purchase has been completed, check your email for your receipt. PLEASE NOTE: There will be no refunds issued for sessions missed due to the incorrect entering of information (i.e. email address), not checking email for receipts which causes the customer not to receive call details, and for NO-SHOWS. It is important to double-check the information entered for accuracy.

YOU MUST COMPLETE THESE STEPS FOR SCHEDULING:

Upon completion of your purchase, the following steps must be completed:

(1) Forward your payment receipt to info@zebthe3rd.com with the subject line DR. ZEB PACKAGE LINKS REQUEST.

(2) Include in the message the name(s) of the client(s) who will complete the sessions, and the number of sessions purchased. Upon verification, the corresponding amount of temporary links will be forwarded to you, which will allow you to schedule each of your sessions. Calendar availability will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and links will be distributed in the order in which receipts are received.
